Nutritional Philosophy:
About more than 6+ years ago, I had transitioned into a Whole Organic Paleo/Primal-Ketogenic Diet. My recipes tend to be heavily influenced by the tenets of these food movements. That being said, I don't believe that one nutritional "diet" is a one size fits all. Nutrition is a lifestyle. It is a vehicle that is composed of individual conscious choices that can influence our health and wellness at the level of our genes. Therefore, the impact of REAL-WHOLE-ORGANIC food on human health and wellness is indisputable.
